Fall days

Texas!!

Wichita Mountains!!

We made a special trip to the Wichita Mountains on our way home from TX last weekend.
Its an hour away from Wichita Falls and Its absolutely GORGEOUS.

I was so excited to show Derek & Harp, Mt Scotts bc the lookout is phenominal {these cell phone pics don't do it any justice}

We wanted to eat at meers (the best hamburger and homemade icecream place evvvvva)
BUT the line was too long- we had to go!

Maybe next time bc we will definitely be back!!

Date night {toddler style}

We had the pleasure of babysitting harper's little friend, Micah, last week!

 

They had so much fun!

 

They ate pizza, painted pumpkins, watched movies, played,

 took a bath (which is so excting to them) and then played some more!

 

a "romantic" dinner of pizza and apple juice ;)

it's pretty obvious which pumpkin is micah's and which one is harpers :)

This was TOO funny! they both found a pair of sunglasses and put them on to watch their movie! lol

They told me they were "cooking cupcakes and cheese" mmmm quiet the combo ;)

The next morning, harper got to show off his tractor to micah and take her around the yard!

Pumpkin Patch Adventures!

 

This past Sunday we met up with our friends, Taylor and Jerrick

& their son Cruz at the Dickey Farms Pumpkin Patch!

 

Harper and Cruz go to school together and are in the same class-

and they are the bestest of friends!

 

Its so cute to watch them play together. They chased each other all around the pumpkin

patch and helped pick out the pumpkins they wanted.

 

We took a hay ride, ate hamburgers and enjoyed being outside on a

chilly fall day. It was such a fun Sunday and I got so happy just watching

Harper play with his buddy.

 

The boys will be trick-or-treating together on halloween so

more pics of them to come!
